Before Covenant had a name, this team was already building the River Valley. The schools, the banks, the clinics, the storefronts. You have seen our work. Now it carries one signature.

Covenant was formed in 2022 by Justin Green. He went looking for experienced people dedicated to construction, and built the team the way he builds everything else: on decades of proven work and shared values.
